Hi MoonStar, welcome to FlightGear forum and to the issue we are in!

Absolutely! Since you are somehow familiar with FlightGear, you know up to which extend it is flexible (infinite?)! The good thing is that, FlightGear is distributed not only for linux, it's available and compatible in many operating systems, including Mac and Win32 (As well as win64). Also for Win** versions, there's an application called FGRun, which handles the painful (for me) typing. I think also for linux there are attempts or established developments for a simpler front end "launchers". For linux please see
thread. And it is still in active development.
Assuming the majority of Turkish users are into Win**, followed by Linux, and maybe very small part as Mac(?), we don't have problem to obtain a base for "quick starting". The initial idea is to start to translate the quick start manual to Turkish with the English interface. I think it is quiet straightforward to install, run and enjoy some flight in most of the hardware. The FlightGear manual is quiet huge, (getstart.pdf 218 pages, fschool.pdf around 100). For me, one of the most important thing is to decrease the "failure" rate of the user in the very first use. After taking off for the first time, i think it'll be more likely a user will keep using or like the simulation. This was the personal users. For the academics, i'm quiet sure, they heard about it but maybe not so interested...
Finally,i'm thinking to open a small e-mail group in order not to keep the FG forum busy and keep communicating in Turkish
Please comment if what i'm thinking is ok or not...I don't know if what i propose makes sense...
Again, welcome to FlightGear forums!
Selamlar!
