I realized since the f-16 is quite a huge file, that I needed my PC to take the time to load it. Although FG started first, the airplane files were still loading, which is why the instruments seemed nonexistent. I think for my f-16 to load, it takes anywhere from 2 to 5mins after FG has loaded.
