The Separathon

Image

The other pictures are so nice!! That one is standard, but shows the compositor in space, shadow of the Shuttle onto the external tank, gorgeous! We may have a problem with the windows pane though, I am not sure it should be visible on the tank.

You got my vote :D
PS: We have an AI scenario of the Shuttle landing at KEDW, best way to appreciate what full reverse means, especially when it comes after full afterburners :)

Flying over Ottawa
Image
I was setting myself up to ungraciously dismantle this perfectly good little airplane and then off in the distance I heard a voice.
And I think it was that of my flight instructor saying: "You can always go around"

That would be the Salesforce Tower, completed in 2017. At 1070 feet (330 m), it is 217 feet (70 m) taller than the Transamerica Pyramid (formerly the tallest building in San Francisco). It's also the second tallest building in California, behind the Wilshire Grand Center in Los Angeles. The Wilshire Grand Center is only 934 feet (285 m), but a steel pipe bolted to the side brings its official height to 1100 feet (340 m).

I hate how these architects add huge spires to add to their buildings official height. In my opinion the official height of a building should be roof height. :(

In essence it is easier to win a pissing contest if you are balancing on a large stone.
