Are you planning the thing we talked about?
If yes, i *may* have good news for the old fashioned navaids: We may be able to simulate them using FGCom-mumble; I currently implement the RDF detection of the ADF device, so the ADF cockpit needle will turn to the direction of a FGCom-mumble sender!
We just need to setup some broadcasters at the NDB locations - Just drop me the details for that and I set it up (i forgot if the chart you showed me was displaying frequencies, exact locations and names already).
That will only work if using FGCom-mumble, of course. But this will enable us to fly with NDBs not in the FG nav database
(and actually hear the morse codes too).
(What i will not simulate is the NANA stuff Sascha mentioned - so it behaves as "normal NDB", but for our purpose this should be good enough already)
[edit] I Did it, its already in FGCom-mumbles master and scheduled for the upcoming 0.18.0 (which just waits for confirmation of the macOS build)!
You can hear the signal when the ident mode is active (->check audio panel!) and
in ADF-mode it will also drive the ADF-needle with the bearing to the signal.
