Hm... not sure if it's an A320 issue... I've been running some OpenGL based monitoring(mangohud) and there even the UFO has that stuttering.
Also notice your Framtime/fps...
With an even frame rate (no stuttering) your frametime should almost match 1000/$fps ... which isn't your case.

So as you can see, your frametimes are consistenly at least twice at high as they should be on an even frame rate.
In other words, one frame is rendered at half your "fps" or lower, resulting in stuttering.
This happens usually cause your CPU can't execute the draw call quick enough ->CPU bottleneck.
I know, that my system is heavily CPU bottlenecked...
In my case (only tested cold and dark) In multithreaded mode (--prop:/sim/rendering/multithreading-mode=CullThreadPerCameraDrawThreadPerContext) the frame times where better and more consistent.
