What version are you trying to use?

do you have any non-ASCII characters in your account username?

For instance, C:/Users/ü1234 might cause issues because of the presence of the ü.

Im using version 2018.3.6. and i have non_ACSII characters: á. Shall i reinstall to a different user, default for example?

Yes, that should correct it for 2018.3.6

As far as I know, this will be corrected for the next LTS version. I'm not sure what versions have this fix however.

It probably could, but the Intel HD graphics, might not be fully up to it, though I think there are a few users who have some Intel graphics.

If you at some point would consider buying or upgrading most people have beast results with Nvidia.
