Here is the link to the osm2city documentation: https://osm2city.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
It is well-written and comprehensive. I

You can download already built osm2city scenery (see https://merspieler.alwaysdata.net/osm2city/. Soon this scenery will be automatically downloaded if using Terrasync (automatic downloads).

If you use Terrasync (by choosing "Download scenery auomatically" in FlightGear Settings), you will get any models of buildings, bridges, vehicles, lights and other objects in the areas where you fly. Note: You must also select to view the downloaded objects within the Rendering options under the View tab within FlightGear.

If you are looking for photoscenery, there have been some attempts to use it you can read about by searching this forum and the wikis. There has been interest also in using OSGEarth and you can find that topic discussion in this forum.
I hope this information helps you.

I tried download from here: https://merspieler.alwaysdata.net/osm2city but there are many files to unpack and copy. Is there any fastest way to install this?

Ok - that's strange, looks as if osm took the link down?

Try this link:

https://github.com/openstreetmap/osmosis/releases

Seems like a new person took over the maintenance of osmosis.

I haven't tried it however.

Not quite sure what you want. @legoboyvdlp's tutorial is excellent if you want to go the route of developing your own custom osm2city scenery. But if you just want better scenery quickly and easily, then I'd suggest @merspieler's osm2city worldbuild mirror site. You just select the folder(s) for the area you want, download, extract and install in a custom folder you set up on your hard drive, then Add that folder to Additional Scenery files within Flightgear.

I want quick and easy install better scenery. I want to get characteristic places in game and more realistic scenery. But in merspieler’s mirror are 1x1 degrees zip files and it’s long process to extract many files.

you may select only two of the following options: fast, accurate, cheap ;)

there is a lot of detail and data to make the scenery you desire... it takes a lot of time and takes a lot of files...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
