That's ok. I already had both folders also from previous scenery installs.
If it did an update, you should be good to go.

I looked at FG Map after the update and nothing has changed. As I said in the other post it's definitely in the folder unzipped.

If I look at
Equipment -> Map
I see the ILS and the ndb.
I will guess by his response that the OP did too.

So many maps. Yes it appears in Equipment/Map and also the Glide slope chevron is also in Phi map. However there is nothing in FGMap. Also the frequency is not listed. This would normally be on the FGMap. By the way any progress with Air Manager people.

FGMap? Are you talking about the FlightGear server online map?

The Air Manager people want me to write a Windows DLL. I haven't done that since Windows XP.
I'm a Ubuntu person. What good would that be to me, and others here like me?
I was hoping for a solution that was universal.
I'm still thinking about it.

Yes that map is what I use to collect all the airport data. I use other resources like SkyVector but there is no useful data for EGBJ. Re Air Manager I understand your position. Just hope it can be resolved.

I posted links to the airport charts I used in an earlier post. It is quite extensive.

I'm still thinking about the Air Manager. The way it works is keys and callbacks.
Their program sends a request with a key. The interface program (DLL) must keep track of the keys and which device to send the data to.

I think I understand re AM. As for the data I guess I only really need to remember 109.95. The bearing is on the Equipment Map.

Flew to Gloucester today and it followed the GS/Loc unfortunately I got my approach speed wrong, although I was following the DA42 data sheet and crashed in Gloucester. When I tried to put on full power for some reason the plane didn't respond.

scenery update or database cache update? i suspect the latter instead of the former ;)
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

It is actually a navigation update.
That "scenery update" was my bad.
Use "Find and Replace". :)

That's because you only updated it on your computer... the server running the multiplayer map obviously wouldn't get modified by you changing it locally ;)

A server gets updated by its administrator as everywhere else in the internet.
