Thanks - they shouldn't be due to the fuel system which I already modified for that, but maybe I'm wrong :?

I mean, the <feed> on the engines. If you remove tanks, the number change, so you'll have to lower then to the correct ones in the fuel system.

Can you be more specific please?

As far as I know it should now pull fuel from the center tank first, then the other tanks.

Guys is there any site in which I can download A350 XWB? I know that it's available on Github but the aircraft is still poor at this point. It needs development. I want something better. Can you help me?

No. It is abandoned in this state, and not developed further.
