NOTAM - bad METAR for Bolzano

We have very strange LIPB METAR :

Looks like the Q1015 became Q0115. Once the METAR updates it will work properly, meanwhile you could use manual METAR :)

Ofcourse yes, I know. But it is very strange. This value is on NOAA servers, too.

I had a similar issue over Irak recently, while cruising at FL370, with a QNH of 9945 if I remember it correct. Made the plane go nuts but I managed to recover once I switched to manual weather. I'd never seen such an issue before, so I'm wondering why this happened twice in a few months (that we know of)?

https://wattsupwiththat.com/2010/04/17/giss-metar-dial-m-for-missing-minus-signs-its-worse-than-we-thought/ - sounds like NOAA isn't known for its reliability. Another consideration is local sources - for instance METAR coverage in Venezuela has been prone to errors for years (missing for all but the largest airports and generally invalid).
