Postby Alex H » Sun Jul 14, 2019 2:35 pm

i am trying to place a line of fencing with the UFO

Is there any way to stop it wandering all over the place while i do this?

Fencemaker add-on - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=24792

It will take the positions and Blender will take it and make one large fence 3D model.

Well , that looks great at first sight. I managed to install it OK, but using it is an entirely different matter.

The markers appear when I click, the box for length/width appears with the f key, but CTRL-F does nothing, so that's where I stopped - any ideas?

Ok, I found the export file :D

But I'm afraid the rest of the explanation is lost on me

You need to use it with Blender. I believe there is a video in the post I linked. If you still need help I can try and post screenshots tonight ;)

I don't see a video - that would probably be very helpful!
