OK, after the power outage, the IP address of the server changed -- fixed and set to static IP -- shouldn't change again!

OK, now all software and hardware maintenance is complete. It was badly needed!

Poor little AMD chip

I discovered the CPU fan might be failing. (Same fan used for 5 years 24/7 in various servers). I noticed some oil on the floor of the chasis. It could be from the previous system in this case 1 year ago that I never noticed, hence I have decided to order a replacement fan just in case. I will install it once it arrives, but that shouldn't take me more than 5 minutes!

Lightning storms caused MASSIVE PROBLEMS for us today - had circuit breakers messed up and such.
Regardless - again FIXED. Hopefully God will remove these storms so that it do not happen again! :mrgreen:

Everything running smoothly, had a few restarts for updates.
