Test flight from LSSP to LPMA - lesson How to use CDU and NAV display for circling approach :

PMDG 737 has full featured MCDU, You can enter fix or navaid and display rings in defined distance and needed radials. In this case I entered navaid FUN with parameters 230/6.5 nm for visual guidance to fy 6.5 nm DME arc from 211 degs to 50 degs of runway heading.

is it wet there? if not, what is with the reflection on the tarmac and whatever the vertical streaks are on the runway in the landing pic??

That's supposed to be the Grand Canyon?

I actually know the area from hiking - doesn't really look like that (it pretty much looks like in FG - the local geology is very much characterized by horizontal bands, not vertical stripes).

Tileproxy is licence problematic piece of software at the edge of the law, because use tiles from map servers like google, landsat etc.

Using google Earth for this purpose without explicit permission is not at the edge of the law, it's plain illegal.

Probably, author of the TileProxy has permissions for this purpose. Otherwise, Google and others would take legal action against the TileProxy authors. Or he is using free sources.
