I flew slightly closer to the Moon yesterday, and saw how thin our atmosphere is:

PS: I played a bit with the brightness/contrast, too dark otherwise, out of SOTM picture then.

How did you manage that shot? Point of view a thousand miles away, and then zoomed in like hell?

Exactly, thanks to Thorsten from having put a new point of view in the Shuttle at 500m, and you for the superb Earthview textures :)

heres a challenge for you. Rhe powerlines are solid and will quite rightly damage or destroy the chopper, but can you land on the top wire?
