F-104 Elevator Trim Reversed

Postby dilbert » Tue Jan 01, 2019 4:19 pm

Thought F-104 was nose heavy, but found elevator trim works backward.

Note in side view that depressing trim up button causes elevon to rotate up relative to windstream ; depressing trim down button causes elevon to rotate down; whereas same buttons work correctly on other aircraft.

Not a big deal, once understood, but in need of a fix. :|

Hi Dilbert,

Thanks for spotting this. I think Erik Hofman is the maintainer of the F-104. Perhaps you could get in touch with him and mention this?
