Liveries Requests

Postby murderbybox » Thu Oct 25, 2018 7:56 am

Hello!
I have recently gotten back into flying in/painting for FG.
Some of the work I have done recently is as so:
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/fold ... ZmkTOScJUY
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/fold ... _tZBqt5WLd
There are some more that are not listed there, maybe will talk about those later.
Currently am painting 737-800YV, and A33X.
If you would like me to work on another aircraft, do give me a link to it on FGMembers, or it's original repository.
I do not require any images for requests, but it would be handy.
Military aircraft are (in general) not accepted, as they often rely on 1 time use decals, and finding high quality images of them at correct angles is very hard, usually.
GA is fine. Military converted civilian aircraft are ok.

Hello,

I am trying to put a CRJ-900 together for AI use and right now that paint is not available so I am experimenting with this one http://wiki.flightgear.org/index.php?title=Bombardier_CRJ700_series&redirect=no to see if I can make it behave properly. So would you be able to do this paint I can send examples if needed?

Thank-you,

John.

John.

Get me a paintkit, and a livery, and sure. I'll do it.

Just playing around with this using Inkscape firs time caller so please this is in no way the final paint I spent twenty minutes tops just learning the program and wanted to see how the livery appeared in FG; well as you can see obviously I have a lot of work to do but this looks challenging and I intend on seeing it through; Ill post progress shots as I have them.

Although I appreciate your enthusiasm I cant get your paint kit because I don't know where one is but I am willing to learn. In the meantime I will study more closely the definition of a paint kit.

Well, I will try to help. If you are using blender, and making your own CRJ model, then join all items using the liveries, and then export UV-map.
http://wiki.flightgear.org/Howto:Texture_a_building should work too.
