that was great! even gave me shivers in my spine like many launches do...

i had to giggle, though, when i saw at 20 seconds and a few after that, that the shuttle main engines were already running... later the voice was saying they were go for main engine startup... even with that, though, it is a really really good job melding these together :)
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Thanks a lot for your return guys :)

@WlBragg: Just started 5 days ago to learn through Movavi, still a lot to understand xD

@Wkitty42: I just watch again, but engines are not started up before 7 sec and full power at SRB ignition.
You saw them started before?

i only saw that there was fire from them at about 20 seconds in the video,,, according to the voice track there was still time to go before they were started... at first i thought they might have been the spark lighters but they weren't... it isn't a big thing... just something that gave me a giggle...

Yet another amazing video! We definitely have to project some of these videos next year on FSweekend, when Thorsten will join us. This year we didn't dare to show much of the Shuttle, as none of us was able to actually demonstrate something in it :D

@Wkitty : Ah at 20 s, I just see the white fumes ? Must be the Liduid Hydrogen being vented by Relief pipelines on the nozzles :)
