which craft?
how did you enter your flight plan? craft controls or via the F10 flight plan menu?
did you change your flight plan to your new destination?
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

1. By using Route managers and sometimes onlineflightplanner.org. I use Flightgear files.
2. On all aircrafts, I mostly use big ones, starting from short range.
3. I am not sure.

But I use ICAO codes, and from 1 departure airport, Cairo, to many arrival airports. Like these aren't included in EgyptAir, KSFO for example.
