if your winrar is saying that the zip is corrupted, that's the time to use a zip tool on the archive... it may have been damaged in-transit (code injection into the stream) or possibly your browser or downloader has tried to be helpful and unarchive a layer (eg: foo.tar.gz coming in as foo.tar because the browser already gunzipped it)...
