I had trouble with update, but solved it manual uninstall 2018.1 and then manual install 2018.2.1. Today I performed flight from LZIB to LPMA and all was OK.

LUbuntu 18.04 LTS.

I have 1 dumb ask :
How can I reorder additional scenery folders in Addons tab ? Line drag doesn't work, when with mouse I hover over drag symbol with displayed "Move Up" or "Move Down" and click, nothing happen, when dragging, all window content scrolling up or down.
IMHO, launcher from FG2018.1.1 was better.

Yes, I can't reorder them too. However I can reorder my additional aircraft folders. Can you do the same? Seems for now your only one solution is to add folders in the right order. By the way, I like the 2018.2.1 launcher, because there were some annoying bugs in aircraft list in version 2018.1.1.
