Hmm... Might be beyond the power of the brakes. I could maybe try the R44 instead. Thanks!

nice pics! can you please put a blank line between them, though? i can't tell where one stops and the other starts... sometimes they just run together like an ANSI scroller... other times there's a definite coloration change but they still look all stuck together like a scroller...

for those wondering what a scroller is, check out this grand work created by 22 artists......
at 3266 lines, this is, as of 2013, the longest scroller that has been created...
yes, that's old-school ANSI graphics
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Shoreham (EGKA) - Lydd (EGMD - somewhat deceivingly called London Ashford - I'm surprised Ryanair doesn't fly there!)
38 minutes 20 seconds
https://fgtracker.ml/modules/fgtracker/ ... ID=7058231

cruise started at 5500 to remain clear of low clouds (and obey VFR rules!) and then descended to 1500 as there was a more overcast belt at 3000, and it was harder to see the ground.

Re: the naming of Lydd Airport - that's exactly why they're trying to rebrand as London Ashford - to attract more carriers/LCCs. It's just been an awful lot less successful than at London Southend (which is now over 1 mil PAX a year!). And by an awful lot less - I mean it hasn't worked at all. Shocker.
