How to send liveries for a git repository?

Postby lomar » Wed May 23, 2018 3:22 pm

Hello all,
i have created some liveries here and would like to share with the community. but i wouldn't like to setup individual download links for each one
as the livery database has not accepted any new submissions for more than a year, it seems that the best way to share these liveries would be through the git repositories of the aircraft i've done the liveries. But i don't know how to send the liveries to these repositories.
could someone help me with this issue?

1 - Make a github account.
2- Browse to the aircraft github project page. Click on Fork button located in the upper right part of the page.
3 - Browse the file folder on your forked project page to the desired Liveries folder.
4 - Click on upload files. And upload the files you want to add.
5 - Under "commit changes", write a short title and description.
6 - Select Commit directly to the master branch.
7 - Click Compare and pull request.
8 - Fill in title and description.
9 - Click Create pull request.

10 - Wait for authors to accept it.
