I just uploaded a new terrain build:
*Fixed xplane-conversion related issues (apt.dat), so now the roads around the airport are visible
*Fixed "holy" concrete (northern apron, Schönefeld)
*Added Tegel, Strausberg, Eggersdorf
*Added terrasync objects

@Ger272, if you have a github account, I can add you to the repo, so you can upload your progress :)

@fmg:
For testing I used the .ac-Models of some FG-Aircrafts. We would love to use them for regular sharing but we want to have the okay from the developers first (even if it is GPL).
We also need to ponder whether we want many models or a good working Scenery. Too many models will result in a overloaded scenery which drops the framerate or takes minutes to load or even crashes your flightgear. Therefore I decided to take some distinctive aircrafts. But as a flightgear user you are always able to place objects by yourself (via UFO). So feel free to add these aircrafts to your scenery and personal display area :)

@SVW:
We would love to see this scenery on terrasync once it is done. For now we are still in development and therefore it is still on "beta".

I thought it was only a temporary arrangement as a reminiscence to the actual ILA.
Should this be permanent? ILA is only a few days and the display is changing every year.
And wonder where the ILA might go after the opening of BER (ok -guess we have a few years to answer this question;-)?

It is planned to be an additional scenery part. Each user will be able to choose.
As far as I know the ILA will stay at Selchow even when the BER is open.

I agree to keep ILA objects on an additional custom scenery, something like in Le Bourget and other shows.

The framerate dropped because there were to many movable jetways. Therefore I decided to create a model of the original BER jetways:

There will be configurations for many frequently used FG-aircrafts so that they still fit, even they are not movable.
We will keep at least two movable jetways.

it seems not to different from the current movable (MP-ready) jetway, just need to change Sixt (or other) adds on it. but you can keep some of these umovable jetways connected to static aircraft, the rest with a mix of movable and unmovable can be balanced, just need enough free spots when there's a festival or crowded hours. good work!
