Generating paintkit tutorial

Postby mrostami » Thu Apr 26, 2018 8:14 pm

I am developing a new airplane but I am wondering how I can generate a paintkit for that to define some liveries later. I tried to define the basic paintkit in blender bud it seems there are more steps to be done before using the following tutorial;

Can anybody help please!

I guess I found a good tutorial

It seems that this one works for me, however I need to change a lot of things

1: All the objects that use the livery system, join them into one.
2: go into edit mode, select all.
3: In UV/image view in the UV menu there is 'export UV map'. Do that, voila, done.
