Hey Guy's
I created a Model for the EDDB Terminal (SXF). It will be developed within the next weeks. A little preview:

Next steps:

Apron South:

Not fully colorized yet.

Is there somebody who is interested in fixing the groundnet? Maybe also to level the terrain?

Thanks, DeltaSVEN :)

It's getting more and more detailed...

South Apron is on a hold as I have to update the groundnet first.
As soon as the old buildings are complete and ready I will begin with the new BER Terminal and guess what: I believe to be ready before the real BER opens... ;)

Looks great!
One question, when you say groundnet do you mean the terrain visible in FG or the groundnet used for AI traffic?

Thanks :)

Oh I mean the taxiways and aprons. The terrain also needs a update.

Good news, I've then got something in work for you: OSM highly detailed scenery of Berlin :D

(please disregard the "sunken" airport, it's a bug that is fixed by the current build in progress)

D-ECHO will upload the scenery when it is finished - you can download it and select it in the launcher ;)

Okay, I really look forward to this :D

But the OSM does not include the EDDB Buildings, correct? Otherwise it wont make sense for me to build them :/

Nice work! Great to see more german airports developed. Upload to Scenery database if possible. airport buildings looks better when are nicely modeled by hand, but for blank (undeveloped) airports getting OSM is OK too,

Your buildings are better, so D-ECHO can manually remove them from OSM ;)

What I am doing is "OSM2LANDCOVER" scenery, so openstreetmap data gets used to identify what's town, what's forest, crop fields, etc. Another thing is "OSM2CITY" scenery, which uses OSM building data to produce auto-gen buildings, which though are usually not as good as hand modelled ones.
