I'm learning how to fly the A32X so I'm going to be posting questions here. Any help welcome.

First Question, rather simple:
How do I turn the knobs that control the PFD?
THERE IS NO SPORT EQUAL TO THAT WHICH AVIATORS ENJOY WHILE BEING CARRIED THROUGH THE AIR ON GREAT WHITE WINGS.

The knobs can be turn via scroll wheel.

So hover and scroll? Thought I tried that, will try it again.

Thanks for the help! I also discovered my battery and other crucial power signals were off. Unfortunately, I have a new problem:

I followed the provided checklist, yet still can't start the engine. Any help?

Are you sure you followed it?

This plane closely matches the real life procedures, so if you make a mistake, it won't work.

After either the APU starts fully, or the external power is connected, the DUs should run a self test and then appear.

I’ll screen record, then post it here.

EDIT: I just tried again and have the first engine running, but when I switch the second engine's master switch, it doesn't start. HELP?

You can't start the second engine until the first one is done with the starter, or, you won't have enough bleed PSI.

But noob me has discovered ATT on PFD, reason? After aligning IRS from FMC, how long should it take for it to align?

10 or 15 minutes if i remember rightly what i've read...

Roughly 10 minutes. Make sure the aircraft doesn't move during this process!!!!

You can skip it if you don't want to wait in the aircraft config menu.

I have 1 stupid ask : How to fly "old style navigation" from VOR to VOR by radials with A3xx ? I know how enter VOR frequency and radial to FMC by MCDU, but how can I automatic intercept selected radial ?

@V12, look at Doofer911's VOR tutorial.

The airbus is not able to intercept a VOR radial, you would either have to do this manually, or just enter the said VOR into the flightplan.
