Clickable hotspots don't work correctly

Postby SplitDecision » Wed Jan 31, 2018 9:14 pm

Hi,

I have recently noticed a problem in my copy of FG 2017.3.1 where the clickable areas within a cockpit will not work when clicked. Instead, clicking on any one of these areas may open the canopy for some aircraft even though I haven't clicked on it. Any ideas as to why this occurs?

Every aircraft as far as I know, those with clickable canopys have that canopy tendency as well.

And which version? For 2017.3 and 2017.4, I cannot reproduce this bug.

do you use the CTRL-C option to turn on the clickable area highlighting?
it is possible that you are ""clicking through"" and triggering a click spot that is in front of or behind where your mouse pointer is...
can you please provide the name of a specific craft to test with?
please also tell us where you downloaded the craft from if it is not in the official FG hanger...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Yes, I use CTRL-C and click the yellow areas. Some of the aircraft I have had this issue in is the F-15D and Aermacchi MB339, both I downloaded from FGAddon. I already mentioned my FG version in the first post.
