Checklist/Tutorial

On new download (2017.2.1 & 2017.3.1) the checklist and tutorial buttons are silent. How do we turn them on?

for what aircraft? if a craft doesn't have any checklist or tutorial, there's nothing to enable...

i just looked at that craft and there are no checklists or tutorials defined in its files or residing anywhere in its directory tree...

Yes, the C172P that comes with FG has these.
Btw. what do you mean by silent? No reaction whatever or no text-to-speech readout (which I don't know if we have for checklists or tutorials but can be enabled for some of the text that shows on-screen)?
