A380 has landed. At Paro ! And one Concorde pilot observed this landing...

First take off from Paro with A380 was dissaster - I hit some trees. Second attempt was flawless. Land in Paro with B747 was more difficult than with A380, because Airbus has very powerfull reversers and brakes, I think, very unrealistic. But landing speed 140 KIAS at full flaps is great advantage for 380...

I'm flying on Linux and have not screen capture software. But for 747 I have fgtape.

Both Bermuda (abort site) and Mataveri (TAL site) have ~3000 m of runway and it's fairly tricky to get to a timely stop there, the Shuttle Landing facility has 4500 m - Paro has less than 2000 m - I don't think it's possible without overrun, no matter your piloting skills.

Ahah indeed Thorsten, it seems very tight, and my TAEM and landing skills are still very limited

It can be a nice challenged when I will be more confident with Flare and landing precision, I guess if we touch just at the beggining of the runway, without the 400 m allowed before touching point for Short Runway, he might be doable, but still, gonna have to improve on my landing skills ahah
