I would like to make it clear again from MY point of view......I'M NOT at all worried what ranking I'm at in thr tracker & planner, All I was doing was the same as several others, Trying to say to Pavlin, Stop worrying about what others are doing and "Fly your own "game"" I have never "chased" rankings, I don't see the point, As Mav pointed out the task of reaching the #1 position will almost be a near on impossible, I'm 47 now and by my calculations, Current ranking and my average flight time per week (48 hours) I will be nearly 57 years old before i achieve that ranking that is assuming that thuko48 doesn't do anymore flights!!!

@PavlinS
Why does it matter? It not like you get a prize. I can't understand.

I guess some people enjoy being competitive over mechanically/mentally challenging stuff. If these people didn't exist then competitive games with millions of players wouldn't exist either (which they do). Just think of ELO and chess...

Is FG the right platform to be competitive? Well, the tools weren't made for that specific purpose, but everyone is free to adapt things to suit their intentions.

Like I said Josh I don't care about rankings!!!! It's Pavlin making a "Big" deal about certain people "cheating" All I was doing was adding my "ten peneth worth" to the discussion!

Cheater is screaming "Catch the cheater !" :mrgreen:

PavlinS wrote in Sat Jul 15, 2017 12:09 am:I beguining to think that N8AHR is a cheater - again he is more than 1 week on first place in the tracker. Not did I mind, but, can enyone restrick this guy to stop creating nonsense pilot time? It isreally annoying!

PavlinS wrote in Sat Jul 15, 2017 8:33 am:I has lot more flight time than him and still he is having impossible to catch up time.

This is cheating to be #1 in flighttracker by flight time ! Take off, climb to cruise level, then use timewarp 1/8 of the real time and relative short distance You will fly many hours, as we can see on the ground speed - altitude relation :

... and many more similar examples in PavlinS's fgtracker logs.

Sorry, I had to do it for those who want to know right about Pavlin's rank in the fgtracker :evil:

I'm using sometime accelerated time, but exclusively for test purpose and never used it in MP environment. It is unfair for other FG users, especialy users registered into the fgtracker.
Fly high, fly fast - fly Concorde !

V12,
My life is not only flying, dear.
I have to sleep. Because I am in remission from 13 years fighting of cancer.
So, When I slow down I do not make it for hours, I make it, because i can not handle to be awake more. Usually I make flights that are uncomfortable long. So, actually this beguin to happend in my last mounts. If you check the flight log from last year you will see a big difference. Also- when you see that I increase to 2000 spd - that is a " my controlls" after rethutrning back from eventyally bad landings. So, Cheating or not I am more - realistick and more efficient pilot than the other guy. And please, go find yourself someone else to fight because in the next post I will bullaid you so hard that I will be kicked out from here forever. Stop arguing, you are not better, your Speedburd does not exist in real life and is imposible to lad it on Paro in real conditions, because you will crush, my dear so in love in concorde that thinks that can speak to enyone else about their skills. I am sure that If I ask you to go on real plane to fly with this you will die. And some examples of my high - quality long hols:
1.KSFO-EDDF - no question of quality in here:https://fgtracker.ml/modules/fgtracker/?FUNCT=FLIGHT&FLIGHTID=6852237
2.KSFO-ZBAA - another:https://fgtracker.ml/modules/fgtracker/?FUNCT=FLIGHT&FLIGHTID=6704651
3.CYYZ-VHHH - Link: https://fgtracker.ml/modules/fgtracker/?FUNCT=FLIGHT&FLIGHTID=6584512
4.VNKT-EDDF: https://fgtracker.ml/modules/fgtracker/?FUNCT=FLIGHT&FLIGHTID=6410726
5.OMDB-NZAA: https://fgtracker.ml/modules/fgtracker/?FUNCT=FLIGHT&FLIGHTID=6907514
And meny meny more, that I can do. So, do not understand - who are you exacly, V12, with your not real aircraft to judge me? We finished this topic. So stop posting.

@PavlinSierra

Sorry mate, but you should tell the thruth, you are visible for many hours on the MPmap flying at very low speeds, crossing the pacific for example. If I recall correctly, commercial jetliners are supposed to fly at 800 km/h, not 100. If you are flying long haul, can't you just takeoff in the evening (ie: before you go to bed), and then you wake up, have your breakfast and land the plane. As far as I know nothing needs to be done to the plane while it is cruising. Atleast this is how I do long flights, although I prefer short haul, because it involves more manual flight (ie: more take off's and landing's).

Regards,

Charlie (Wecsje)

PS: maybe try to calm your tone a bit, V12 is a good pilot in my opinion, and you should respect other users here on the forums.

EDIT: accidentally wrote 800 km/s, should be km/h our of course :D

Wait... you're actually complaining here that others do what you do yourself? On the grounds that you don't do it to boost your statistics whereas their only motivation can be to cheat?

Wow...

You wrote about importance of highest rank as possible on fgtracker. OK, why not. But if rank is Your bigest priotity, You should fly fair and not cheating via slow time. Because 10 hours flight time for 2000 nm with 777 is only dumb cheating.

BTW, Speedbird was logo of Imperial Airways, its successors British Overseas Airways Corporation and British Airways. Now, it is standard ICAO callsign of BA, no nickname for Concorde ;)

Wescje :
I'm not good pilot, because pushing planes to its limits, sometime over the limits (B747 vs Paro, or FL 640 and land with almost empty tanks with Concorde). In the real world I probably lost licence in few days :twisted:
