First of all, you should note that fgaddon is using svn, not git. Probably the best thing to get your changes on fgaddon is first to contact the original author (helijah) -> memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=111 and ask him if he could submit your changes. As far as I know, he has direct access to fgaddon. Else, the general flow to get aircraft on fgaddon is to get a sourceforge account and then contact an FGADDON maintainer (curt, e.g.) and ask him to get access so you can upload your work.

For now i managed to get the changes merged to the main repo on FGMEMBERS, it looks a little more complicated with fgaddon so i will wait to complete some things im doing an then will try.

I can not fly without disabling CAS and SAS. CAS causes the aircraft to rotate around itself a few times.

CAS do not work very well... i heredated it from the old repo and i didnt have look at it at all...

little improvements on the panel, better fitted texture to fix some twisted lines, inclusion of glass effect and frames to the clock and the "for now empty" hours logger.

First implementation of the collective hours logger gauge (not functional yet). With this all the gauges of the copter are present. :)

Thanks you! I'm learning a lot of Blender and Gimp with this project, really fun :)

I changed CAS and SAS to be disabled by default so you will get the realistic behavior out of the box (and because they don't work very well).

Some tweaking on the instruments lights to be closer to reality. And now the dimmer knob works and the lights can be dimmed whit the mouse wheel on the knob.

I've been following this work, nice, thank you!

Just a small thing I noticed while testing, after I somewhat lost control and damaged the main rotor to the point it no longer was rotating I still got the rotor wash effect of debris around the aircraft. Maybe you could figure out a way to make sure the wash effect is shut off it the main rotor isn't spinning.

I took it out to my local lake and landed on the water, any thoughts about adding hydro to the FDM?

Something else more general. I've notice in virtually every helicopter there is no ability to repair the aircraft after you make a mistake. In all of them you must start the sim over. I personally make enough mistakes in these thing it would be really nice if I could perform a repair and go on about my business.

I can look into that for future improvements but right now I have other things on my list of priorities

I don't know to much about FDM sorry.... I even I don't know if that is possible with a yasim fdm...

I like it; the R44 is my favourite helicopter to fly in FlightGear. Many thanks
