New AI traffic AirBaltic

Postby SP-KOK » Mon Nov 28, 2016 12:39 pm

I'm starting to do a new traffic file for AirBaltic

Boeing 737-300 and 73C is already done.

Now you need to do liveries Dash8Q400

Gooneybird you help make liveries to dash8 AirBaltic ??

You don't have to keep sending me PM's, just post on here as someone else may have already done it.

Here you go: http://www.mediafire.com/file/t10wh2tw4hhc8fh/Dash8-400-AirBaltic.zip

Good job, some remarks from a quick test

1. Your Arrival/Departure Time(s) should be UTC, they look to be in local time if I compare to the PDF timetable available from https://www.airbaltic.com/en/timetable

2. Your Aircraft Radius are all 14 meters, which is fine for the Dash but Wingspan of 737 should be 17 ie half of https://www.google.com.au/webhp?sourcei ... 20wingspan this conditions which parking positions the aircrafts will use

3. Your frequencies are all 24H (flights running daily) despite Timetable showing differently. Checking Flightradar on Paris to Riga route for this week, BT692 does NOT operate on Sundays, BT694 does NOT Operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays)

Cheers

This is a very good first attempt, you are on the right track and your contribution to traffic files is absolutely appreciated.

New AI Traffic for AirBaltic
Includes weekly flights

737-500 aircraft temporarily converted to 733-300
Bombardier Cseries300 - Temporarily replaced 73C-300

The package includes a Dash8 Q400 AirBaltic airplane that needs to be sent to git as 733 and 73C is already in git.

Ian,
when you have free time then look at the AirBaltic file. I think it's okay and it can be pushed into the GIT and the AirBaltic DashQ400 also.

Air Baltic file checked (random flight check against flighradar24).

Looks good, only glitch noticed BT102 (should arrives 08:10 UTC not 09:10). Will update and push to GIT tonight.

I added Fokker 100 Carpatair to AirBaltic because now one plane flies for those lines.
Second years for TAP which I will also add.
Carpatair are charter lines present, but are often borrowed for airplanes for other lines.

Please check your <heavy> tag on this one too.

I can see the Carpatair 100 in BTI flights on flightradar but not as often as you indicate, eg BT151/152, BT135/136, BT223/224
You use the Carpatair 6 times a week but flightradar indicate they only use it once a week
Just sayin.
