Necolatis, could you upload this banner to the wiki and label it with the author and licensing info (which can be post edited, see the FlightGear wiki:Terms of use)? Cheers!

Considering that the Saab 37 Viggen is maintained in the FGAddon hangar, but is developed in the JOFH hangar, what would be your opinion for the hangar logos? As users will encounter the FGAddon version first, one idea I had is that we have the two hangar logos one after the other in the aircraft infobox. The FGAddon banner would come first using the hangar parameter, and then maybe I could introduce the devel-hangar parameter to allow for a second hangar logo. As there are many different ways that people are using FGAddon for development, I would like to design this template to fit as many of these as possible. Another idea I had was to list the hangars of origin in sequential order at the bottom of the infobox.

Edward

To be honest, I don't really care if the Viggen has FGAddon or JOFH banner or both. You decide what you think makes most sense.

I'll go for the FGAddon one then, as that provides a download link to the official release zip file. I'm only interested in providing whatever the aircraft authors are interested in using ;)

@Michat: In case you were considering a FGUK banner, I've just seen that they are discussing logos over there:

Anyway, thank you for those awesome graphics!

I'll consider FGUK banner in case you need. So I can contribute with some logo idea, but not in a discussion.

I'll could not maintain this system for a long time, having a lot of problems (hardware-software) with only 3 GB USB disk space. I couldn't participate in such discussion, with the monitor at 800x600 I'm getting really eye fatigue and hard stress. So now or never, because sooner than later I'm considering open my window's room and get out of this rig by free fall:

2X Acer Extensa 5235 Intel.
1x HP 800mhz PC
1x PC compatible AMD
1x PC compatible intel
1xPC compatible AMD ++
1crt
1monitor
2 scanners
1 printer
1 thrustmaster
1 yoke
1 pedals.

And Leave the computation forever, or go for an Amiga Computer ( but I have serious doubts).

Maybe the first one option. Instead of jumping out myself.

Before that I think I can easily make an adaptation of the FGsprite for FGUK . Here it is, hope you like it.

Note that will not match with fguk orange strip, the only way to do it was in white font, but I was not happy for the basic combination, kind of UBUNTU orange icons.

Dolor sit amet.

Salut.

Here is one example where I have now used the Helijah hangar banner you created Michat:

I have created the new devel-hangar parameter for the aircraft infobox testing template, for those aircraft developed in an external hangar but synchronised with FGAddon.

@bugman
A lot of work by you, thanks you.
The result and the visual experience is okay.
Note that you have available in previous posts wiki links for the I0utpods and herbyw hangars.

Congratulations.
