Binter Canarias livery

Postby flycanarias » Fri Jun 10, 2016 5:43 pm

Hello out there,
Being a great enthusiast of the spanish regional airline "Binter Canarias", I want to ask for new liveries of this airline.
I know there is in fact a livery for the B1900 and the "official" ATR-72-500, but the B1900 livery is not working, because the "livery file" (thinking of the .png file) for the plane changed. There is also the Omega-Hangar ATR-75-500, which is way more detailed in FDM, Look and systems.
Could anyone do these liveries, please? (Maybe it's easy work for one of you, because you can take the existing liveries as examples...)
Thank you in advance,
flycanarias

Hi flycanarias,
a bit off-topic but are you able to use omega's atr72? Because for me, it has a serious bug nobody seems to be able to fix ( see https://github.com/FGMEMBERS/ATR72/issues/1)

Hello D-ECHO,
I don't have any problems concerning flying the ATR, it was working perfectly, until the latest FG update...
Now, it don't even starts, while loading the flight, it says something's not installed in the right way...
But it flew very nice, when it worked...
Do you have the same problem??
Yours

For me (in 2016.2.1, LinuxMint 17.3 Rosa) it loads fine and starts fine but as soon as the speed is over ~20kts, the aircraft goes crazy (as described on the issue page).

But it also worked with FG 2016.1? The aircraft was loading? Because I haven't done the update yet, so maybe it will work out this way...

Well also an aircraft loading but not properly taking off or taxiing isn't that great...
About the liveries you may ask in the livery development thread
By the way the canarys are really nice. Are you coming from one of them?

Okay, so we are both huge supporters of the Archipielago...
Actually I'm a German, but I partially lived there some years ago... If everything works like it should work, (graduation and all that) I'll return to the Islas to settle down...
BtW I'll provide the CRJ-200 and CRJ-900 Binter livery as soon as I can. (Almost done, no big deal)

Looks awesome!
Sadly, my Omega-ATR is still not working. When I try to start it, it says "The property/controls/engines/x-feed does not exist" How can I fix that.
BtW, Canarias Scenery also doesn't work... No buildings via Terrasync, no textures, nothing

As you can read on the dedicated scenery thread, you need to take into account these improvements will be availible some hours later when data will be processed. And a lot of work need to be done.

BTW, now that this one is working, do you mind doing an ISLAS Airways livery for the ATR??

Okay, now I've finished the complete Binter Canarias fleet, consisting of: D-ECHO's ATR 72-500, CRJ-200s and CRJ-900s. The CRJ's are available in two liveries for Binter, 1) the Binter/ Air Nostrum painting, 2) the regular Binter livery.

So far the actual Binter fleet. But I thought about making the ancient DC-9-32 Binter livery. Is this aircraft available somewhere??

The Binter jet aircraft liveries are now sent to the livery database, so they should be available in a few days.
