D-ECHO wrote in Tue Feb 02, 2016 3:13 pm:@KIWI: Sorry, the airport you said is nice, but as we are a european company getting parts from Europa, we have decided to use a european airport.
So, the airport where our EchoAir 512 "Cruiser" will be produced is:
ENBN (Bronnoysund, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bronnoy_Airport)

Reasons for this airport:
-calm airport, calm area (no problems for test flights)
-proximity to mountaineous airports of Norway (Sandane, Sogndal), well for the short runway and mountain tests
Regards

That is ok, is their any possibility a 747-8 freighter can land there if i want to buy some and take it back to NZ? or is there any major airport the 512's can fly to and meet my 747-8f ( will lease one from somewhere )

@VisayanAirways:
I'm not quite sure why you are wanting to use 747-8F for that, as there will fit just one into one freighter, so... maybe it'll be a better idea to use a larger aircraft (e.g. A300-600F or so) or fly them on their own to your hub.
Regards

Photo shows 2 aircraft which as you see doesn't fit as e.g. the wings have to be stowed extra

Um... An A300 is not larger than a 747-8 in any dimension.

Hi there Mr. Tikibar,

I know that you have done a heck of a great job on the 747-8, and thus that is my fave aircraft in FG, I have to ask something, this is about the 747-400, could you do some changes with regards to the cockpit and the Autopilot systems, I just find it "unreal" and sort of difficult, compared to the 747-8, though the 747-400 flying or FDM is realistic, thanks! I hope you'll consider this matter.

Cheers,

Francis

Visayan, I doubt Gijs will be amused if Tikibar messes about with his 747-400.
