freetype error

Building FlightGear from source, and in the need for help?

freetype error

Postby Dorian » Thu Jun 04, 2015 10:39 am

Hi,

To compile to flightgear I used this tutoriel: http: // wiki.flightgear.org/Superbuild_on_Windo ws. To realise this tutoriel, during the compilation with vs2010, I have this generated error:error C1083: Cannot open include file: ' ft2build.h ': No such file or directory.
I saw that this error existed already on the forum but does not allow to solve my problem.

If I remember correctly (it's been some time since I tried to compile FG for Windows), find the directory containing ft2build.h (should be the build output directory), then open the Visual Studio solution, right click on each project, choose "Properties"; add the directory to the "List of include directories", save and recompile.

No idea then. What happens if you don't use the superbuild and compile the projects (SimGear/FlightGear...) separately?

Yes I compiled separately and I also have an error. It happens when I use cmake to SimGear . He said, Could NOT find OpenSceneGraph : Found Unsuitable Version ".." purpose is required at least " 3.0.0 " . I compiled the 3.2.0 version of OSG .
