KHAF at odd elevation and covered by water

Today I took a flight to discover that in TerraSync scenery, Half Moon Bay is having some problems (makes it worse knowing that this airport in included in the Cessna 172 tutorial). Parts of it are covered by water and it also has a strange elevation:
