I have created a new website because I think that the actual website need some design modification

Is that a wordpress theme?
FlightGear.org uses wordpress as its CMS, that's why I am asking.
PS: You may want to get in touch with Curt.
Also, if you really want to suggest a different theme, you better prepare it according to the existing one, i.e. keeping spots for adsense and all the other elements shown there at the moment.

Oh, it's pure HTTP and CSS 3
Not a Wordpress theme... but i think, just in home page ?
Actually, I create The french FlightGear Website and when i have finish I contact Curt =)

But I can give my template file to curt

If you want your work to be considered, you should definitely get in touch with Curt, and work out a way to make it a WP theme.

The subject has also been discussed on a French forum, and in French. As, as said there, you first have to understand a bit what is a template, what is Wordpress, how it works, how to develop a Wordpress template, etc.
