The page
http://liveries.flightgear.org/airlines.php shows only one page, the first or the last.
The 10 pages betweeen you can't reach. Maybe the maintainer can have a look at it.
I just stumbled upon it out off curiosity.

If I was sure about who maintains the livery database I would have asked you to PM him, but for now I would recommend
the contact form at the livery database.
