FGx is a small and new qt-based-c++ launcher project for FlightGear. First intention for FGX was to have a launcher for OSX starting recent trunk and/or nightly builds. Since it makes no sense to have such a launcher only for one platform using qt, it became cross-platform and could be used now also with linux and win. *** Current state is still development, but not 'early' anymore
