Beautiful work! Really amazing and detailed. Thank you!

I've done a little video showing a cockpit view of the approach to runway 36. If you notice, on landing, you'll see a ship very near to the runway. Really it's too near... the wake of the ship is coming in on to the runway... I wonder how I could move it?

Thanks a lot, Flauta and Penta.

Thanks to you too, Sealbhach. I have just posted on youtube to thank your landing. It's very nice to see work used by another. About that ship... it's part of objects placed randomly by simulator. There is no way to move it. It's suposed that in a next session it would'nt appear.

I hope you enjoy scenary.

I really do! It's going to be a really great destination for anyone who wants to fly from Europe or America.

Saalbhach asked,

I think you would have to find the ship's AI demo file, then go to it's flightplan and move the relevant way points to take it away from the runway.

Cheers,

Thanks for every nice comments. It's the best incentive to continue working.

Hey toshi, it's a very good news to know that my work have been well accepted on japanese community. I wasn't aware there were a so many active community on Japan. I have entered your forum to see its activity, and it is nice. I hope you may enjoy my work. And of course, every correction or useful information, will be great. I still want to develop the rest of buildings on Chubu Centrair island, so there are some images that would be very very useful.

I'm interested on Kansai, too. I see there are still no development on it?. If so, perhaps I will attack the development of this airport on next months.

Regards.

Would love to have a look at this wonderful airport, but unfortunately it seems not to be possible for me to download your work. Your webpage is very slow or not loading at all and the downloading gets stuck around 13%. :( I am sure it is not my connection since it is usually really fast.

Maybe you could mirror your work somewhere for better download?

Hi ot-666, I have uploaded a copy to my Dropbox, which can serve as a mirror for the time being:

I hope that's OK with Horacio, if not, let me know.

Of course it's not your connection. I'll have to check my hosting. I'm having problems with other users.

Kansai International Airport (RJBB) has not been developed.
Already, in our Japanese forum, a user posts his expectations to your future work for RJBB development.

Here is the object list available in FlightGear Scenery Database (filtered with LANDMARK and JAPAN).
http://scenemodels.flightgear.org/objec ... ter=Filter
http://scenemodels.flightgear.org/objec ... ter=Filter

There are 37 objects including Tokyo metro area buildings, rainbow bridge in Tokyo, RJTT terminals and Akashi Kaikyo Bridge near Kobe.
We are very welcome to develop more objects in Japan!

(And mind if I note that I'm also modeling Miyazaki and Narita, too?)
I'm excited to see how Kansai'll turn out, too!
Look for "B-BIRD" "N127KY" or "AVA0004" -that's me.

Despite having over 1700 posts here, I am not even close to being the most skilled guy here... I'm just words and bad drawing, not experience. :P

There are many developers already developing many aircrafts and its derivated, so I think will orient my work to scenaries, which are a great lot of them currently entirely empty on FG. I think a good working strategy is to go completing scenaries focused by areas or countries. So, by certain, Kansai is my next goal. Even it won't be before a month or two. I have some previous works to done (in FG and personally).

I have already developed Atago Green Hills Forest tower, and I'm seeing its best developed than currently used one.

Actual one:

My model:

Even I need better textures.

I think a good idea could be that you, in the japanese community, would help me by gathering information from Kansai: pictures, planes, and all useful material that is more difficult to get in this opposite side of the world (I live in Chile). Specially free material that may be released under GPL license. Good and high resolution pictures are the most helpful: both like visual reference, and for use as photorealistic textures.
