Yes, it's a pity about the timing. Oh, well - c'est la vie, I suppose.

At this time this is a Git-only plane. So you will have to do research and read the thread.

I finally got around to overhauling the spoiler system. We now have functional "spoilerons" (half spoilers, half ailerons), and separate speedbrakes and ground spoilers.

Also, I repositioned the wings and the engines because they were about a meter off. Goodness, it seems to have made a big difference!

And some more cockpit stuff:

Amazing as always! Great work!
Look for "B-BIRD" "N127KY" or "AVA0004" -that's me.

Well here's the long-awaited last major version. This time, there will be an FG 2.0.0-compatible release (that *should* work properly).

New release - 3/12/2011

FG 1.9.1/2.0.0: http://ubuntuone.com/p/ofd/
FG 2.2.0/Git: http://ubuntuone.com/p/ofe/
Paintkit is available under Models/paintkit.xcf.

If there are any bugs in this version, please notify me immediately!

Hello!
So i would like to report a bug.
I have FG 2.0.0 - everything works fine, but when selecting the NAV1 course on AP, the plane starts to fly "zig-zac", turning left, right, left, right, left... - right to the runway what ends in crash, somewhere in the bushes.

EDIT:
OK... I managed to land with ILS once :P

I loved the plane's progress so far!
The only problems I have are aesthetic ones as of now...

The following images point out what I found were wrong:

Image
(For the above, the orange area is where the spoiler is modeled; however, it should be in the red... When deployed, this causes the spoiler to seem rather out-of-place..)

Image
The marked area ...is apparently a crack in the fuselage?

Image
Parts of the instrument panels seem to disappear once looked at outside the cockpit windshield.

Image
From certain angles, parts of the cockpit windshields itself is gone too.
Look for "B-BIRD" "N127KY" or "AVA0004" -that's me.

The last two issues are light cone bugs that cannot be fixed. :(
