Externally, you might get away with simply slapping a different name onto the airframe unless you're also willing to consider details.

At the risk of being booed out of this thread, a livery selector with different external textures (if only in orbiter name), a baseline empty weight corresponding to Atlantis or Discovery plus an artificial weight penalty for Columbia, Challenger and Endeavour might just cover all the relevant bases.
Internally, all orbiters would have eventually been the same anyway as standardization and modularity is a huge cost saver.
Of course having an older flight deck and computer setup would be nice, but it'd require a considerable amount of extra work.
P.S: Discovery is the best of the bunch. Flew more missions than the other orbiters, including both "return to flight" ones.
