Believe it or not, but I just did some work on the shuttle yesterday!
I can launch it now (vertical). Tough it uses some (actually a lot of) balast to stand right up. I read about a way to position a rocket steady on the ground, but I haven't seen any example or manual on that (yet). I'll have to ask Jon about it.
Also the model needs more attention. There is no gear and all moving parts have to be cut out (ailerons, rudder etc.). The doors don't fit when they're closed, so I have to take a closer look at that aswell.
