Is there any way to disable a specific plugin?

How can I disable a specific plugin in flightgear. Couldn't find much on the internet and wiki.

In the launcher, go to the Addons tab - there you find a list of the addons / plugins (it's the same thing, at least in FG), and each addon has a checkmark which you can untick to disable that addon.
