Technically, what you need is a "ground network" and "parking positions" in the .dat file for your airport (and to set up the solo system and the runways with acceptable ACFT types for the location & scenario).
If you are skilled with grep, etc. you can easily look for lines starting with 1200, 1201 or 1202 for GND net's in the data, and with 1300 for PKG pos's. In any case note that these abstract (non-scenic) features in the default data are very poorly covered. Even those you will find will contain many errors, messed up geometry or names, and many missing TWYs. Not to mention that PKG may then be missing, or contain only a couple of correctly specified positions.
Instead, I suggest you look for newer stuff on the gateway, and see resources/apt/Notice and the FAQ to use your downloaded file. I know of this filtering interface which can help, esp. the "GND network" filter: x-plane.cleverest.eu
I assume it is querying the latest online data available.
If no luck with any desired airports, open up WED and plot the TWYs and share
