VHXX ILS?

Hello, I want to fly the IGS 13 approach into VHXX but I can't find the frequency.

I'm flying to VHHX routinely, visual approach with Checkerboard challenge is difficult, but funny. In bad visibility I use IGS13 too.

It does show on the FG map - but you have to zoom out a long way
