the subject title specifically says "[Canceled]" and a quick read of the previous page shows (1) the script was lost when moving from one host to another and (2) that the originator won't be doing anything else with the project... if anyone does anything, they'll have to start at the very bottom of the stack...

Oh, I see. But somebody said that they were going to work on a draft that would be done in 1-2 weeks, and it has been month since then.

To be fair, there are a wiki tutorials covering details on how to approach such an idea - in fact the whole http tutorial was largely inspired by this effort IIRC
