Add custom apt

Hi!
First of all, thank you very much for OpenRadar, I like it very much
Controlling at ENGM, I'd like to replace the current layout by the newest one as it's missing many taxiways, is this possible without having to change the huge apt.dat (in AptNav.zip), e.g. by adding a custom apt.dat to the ENGM folder?

Hi,
I pondered about this a while. I'd like to combine it with another feature: Whenever OR starts it has to dig through the huge apt files. I 'd like to extract the relevant information for the current airport initially into your settings/airport directory. So loading will be a lot quicker and editing and replacement hopefully trivial.
But please keep in mind, that your pilots will not have this updated information...

I will implement it after the coming update, that updates OR to all the changes that have happend.
