Hey I think an Alias is a very useful thing that ATC in FG dont use much, it's just "." and an alias of a whole frase. Because the existing one is pretty poor I've made some stuff you can check out.
If you're interested into using it you can basicly copy paste in the OR/Data/ATCmessages/alias.txt.
BTW in all the sentences there is the translation in spanish with an (.alias+e)

on=Hi all. Hola a todos. <aptname> ATC on line.
off=<aptname> ATC closing. Bye all. Hasta luego.

uni=monitor UNICOM frequency on 122.80 and have a nice flight. Bye bye.
unie=monitorice UNICOM en la frecuencia 122.80 y que tenga buen vuelo. Hasta pronto.

This one solves some issues but not all. The command will feature just the opposite of what you think in order to have the desire result, initially from is to, then from and to became normal, but it isn't because No matter the vector, pilot will flipped always to the opposite direction and vice-versa. Flip-flop approach.
